MPRC Faculty Associates can submit working papers by email to . Please bear the following in mind when submitting a working paper :

  1. The topic should be on population research as set forth in the NICHD Population Dynamics Branch mission statement
  2. The document should include a title, an abstract, references, page numbers and tables & figures should be legible
  3. Each submission will be checked for formatting by MPRC staff and then passed on to the Associate Director or Director for approval;
  4. Upon approval, the paper will be posted to the website and the author will be notified of the link
  5. With rare exceptions, the approval and posting process should not exceed 48 hours from time of initial submission to MPRC


Student Working Papers

Students who have co-authored a working paper with an MPRC Faculty Associate will be listed as a co-author on the paper posted to the Population Working Papers site. From time to time MPRC students produce working papers on which they are the sole author. These papers are reviewed by the student's Faculty Associate sponsor and by a member of the MPRC executive committee before being accepted for posting.
