Posters will be mounted on movable, 4' x 8' poster boards.
Producing posters from PPT originals
MPRC students have located a how-to for turning PowerPoint presentation slides into a file that can be printed (by an appropriate print shop) as a full-sized poster. (These instructions are a little long-in-the-tooth but still give the essentials.)
Poster printing
You should make arrangements to print your poster before arriving in Maryland as the session will be held at the end of the first day. We've had good results from an alternative poster printing service which prints on fabric and makes travel easier.
