Ginger Jin named ADVANCE Professor

Faculty Associate and Professor of Economics Ginger Jin has been named ADVANCE Professor for 2021-2023 by the College of Behavioral and Social Science. Founded initially through an NSF grant, ADVANCE is a University of Maryland campus-wide program aiming to improve the retention, representation, success, and work environments of women and under-represented minority faculty. The program provides resources to faculty and staff, and engages in high-impact activities that support faculty and improve work environments.
