Madhavan post examines using virtual spaces for international collaboration

APHRC published a post written by Dr. Madhavan detailing adaptations her research team made to continue operating during the pandemic lockdown.

"Can international research collaborations function effectively and efficiently when face-to-face meetings are constrained by a pandemic?" she writes. "Our recent experience launching a five-year collaborative project between the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) and the University of Maryland, College Park offers some useful lessons on opportunities and limitations. . . . Virtual meetings to the rescue? Not entirely."
