This course is designed for people who JUST START to use Stata or for SAS users who want to switch to Stata.
Topics covered include:
. Starting to use Stata
. Creating log file and do file
. Converting Excel, SPSS, and SAS data into Stata with easy ways
. Examining and clearing data
. Creating and recording variables, and grouping values
. Creating & using variable labels and value labels
. Creating dummy variables
. Sorting, appending and merging data
. Analyzing data with commands of TTEST, REG and Logistic
