Providing Research Education Experiences to Enhance Diversity in the Next Generation of Substance Use and Addiction Scientists

The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) R25 - March 15, 2021

The National Institute on Drug Abuse and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism invite R25 applications to its Providing Research Education Experiences to Enhance Diversity in the Next Generation of Substance Use and Addiction Scientists program supporting educational activities that encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those from groups underrepresented in the biomedical and behavioral sciences, to pursue further studies or careers in research. This announcement supports proposals for both research experiences and courses for skills development. Multiple awards of up to $250,000 each annually for up to five years may be made. Eligibility is unrestricted domestically.
