Research and Evaluation on Violence Against Women

The goals of National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Violence Against Women (VAW) program of research are to improve knowledge and understanding of intimate partner and dating violence, stalking, and sexual violence through science to best prevent and respond to these crimes. This call for proposals is tied to Department of Justice priorities related to reducing violent crime, responding to victimization, protecting police officers, and enhancing investigations and prosecution.
