Liana Sayer Named Next Editor of Journal of Marriage and Family
Tenure will begin with the February 2021 issue
The National Council on Family Relations (NCFR) issued a statement recently naming Faculty Associate Liana Sayer as the next editor of the Journal of Marriage and Family. The announcement said NCFR was "delighted" with the selection of Dr. Sayer and pointed to her prominent contributions to the Population Association of America (PAA), the American Sociological Association (ASA), and the International Association of Time Use Research (IATUR).
Sayer will begin her four-year term as editor of the peer-reviewed journal - the leading research journal in the family field for more than 75 years, NCFR noted - with the publication of its February 2021 issue.
