JPSM and the iSchool are in the developmental phase of a new center for advances in social data and measurement, to encompass information and data management, visualization, analytics, and survey methodology. As a step in that process, they are hosting a lunch to which any faculty with interests in social data and measurement are invited. The purpose of the lunch will be to meet faculty with similar research interests, learn what others on campus are doing in social data and measurement, and brainstorm potential cross-campus collaborations. All faculty are welcome!
