Professor Thoma will lead the discussion on her newly published paper, "Estimating infertility prevalence in low-to-middle-income countries: an application of a current duration approach to Demographic and Health Survey data". This is an informal meeting and Dr. Thoma is happy to discuss anything from publication process to career tips.

About Speaker
Dr Thoma’s research focuses on population-based methodologies for estimating infertility and assessing the impact of infertility treatment on maternal/infant health. Her work has been published in journals including Lancet and Lancet Global Health. She is an expert in methodology and health-related datasets.
