Professional Profile

A seasoned professional with extensive project development, community engagement, curriculum development, and fiscal management experience dedicated to non-profit organizational development in a range of cultural contexts.

  • Expansive knowledge of administrative management systems, policy development and team building.
  • Senior level financial management experience, including NGO cash accounting, multi-year budget development, project budgeting, federal grant expense reconciliation and preparation for A-133 audits.
  • Facilitated the establishment of two degree-granting programs at American University (AU).
  • Conducted field work in Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Indonesia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
  • Directed a community development corporation in the inner city of Cleveland, managing over $3.5M in reconstruction projects and leveraging $15M of new investment into the community.
