Research on the Ethical Use of Psychological Tests
The American Psychological Foundation invites applications to conduct Research on the Ethical Use of Psychological Tests. The grants supports research focused on the elements of testing such as privacy and confidentiality; quality of tests (reliability and validity); tests in employment selection; test construction; qualifications of psychologists utilizing tests; race, gender and transgender issues in testing; and inherent bias in tests and testing procedures that disproportionately impact underserved or marginalized populations. Two awards of $3,500 each may be made. Eligibility is restricted to graduate students or early career psychologists.
Applications are due March 15.
