The Census Bureau, in partnership with the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug Administration, will hold a virtual workshop in mid-March to support and extend research using large, nationally representative Census Bureau databases that include demographic data, socioeconomic data, tobacco-use data, and health data linked to mortality outcomes.
There is no fee for attendance. Health science researchers at all career stages are invited to register for this virtual workshop.
Workshop dates : March 10-11, 2021

To maximize the learning opportunities provided by the workshop, applicants are expected to view pre-workshop videos that describe the databases, recent research, sponsor agency research interests, and data access. Attendance at workshop does not guarantee research project approval.
