Manuela Angelucci is a labor and development economist completing her PhD at University College London. Her current research topic is illegal migration between Mexico and the United States. Angelucci investigated the relationship between unionism and wages in South Africa for the International Monetary Fund. She also worked at London Business School, focussing on ownership, competition and firm performance in transition economies.
