WIRELESS ACCESS

Wireless access will be available at a charge of $9.95 per day and covers all buildings on the Aspen Wye River campus, including rooms. Please note: if you choose to take advantage of this service, we will not reimburse you.

BWI SHUTTLE

We have arranged for transportation from BWI Airport to the Conference Center on Monday, June 5th and a return shuttle on Tuesday, June 6th. Departure times are listed below:

SUNDAY ARRIVALS

Lodging arrangements have been made for travelers arriving on Sunday night. Arrangements were made at the BWI Fairfield Inn. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from BWI airport that runs from 4:50am to midnight. Travelers should contact the hotel directly (at 1-410-859-2333) to confirm reservations.
